Affordable Harper tuition for all your employees.

Did you know that Harper College makes college tuition affordable for all of your employees, even if they live outside of Harper's district?


The same great tuition rate no matter where your employees live.


Harper College's Business EdVantage program allows your employees who live outside of Harper's district, but work at your in-district organization, to take college credit courses at in-district rates. This represents a savings of hundreds of dollars per credit hour for your employees.

  • the in-district tuition is available whether the cost is paid by the employees or the company

Eligible students must work at an in-district location of the company in which they are employed.


The Education Service Agreement (ESA) is a component of Harper College's Business EdVantage initiative, which is designed to strengthen partnerships with local employers, support workforce development, and expand access to affordable education for the regional workforce.


Through formal agreements with eligible employers located within Harper College district boundaries, the ESA Program enables qualified employees to receive in-district tuition rates regardless of their place of residence. Qualified employees include:

  • New employees must be employed on or before the first day of the academic term
  • Employees working at least 12 hours per week at your business or organization
  • Employees consistently employed throughout the semester
  • Individuals working as independent contractors or through staffing agencies are not eligible.

The Education Service Agreement advances Harper College's commitment to educational access, employee advancement, and the economic vitality of the communities it serves.


By completing this form the Business contact may be contacted by Harper College to verify employment as well as being contacted regarding training opportunities and events which may be of interest to Business EdVantage partners.
